Oven Toasted Chickpeas

Like so many other people, I have a major weakness for salty snacks.  I was looking online for healthier alternatives and came across this recipe for oven toasted chickpeas.  Genius, right?  This recipe is SO simple that it made me wonder why I didn't think of it myself!

1 15oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) rinsed and dried
olive oil - enough to coat chickpeas
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Remove skins from garbanzo beans that have been rinsed and dried
In a medium sized bowl, coat garbanzo beans with olive oil
Add all other spices and toss until beans are well coated
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes.  Turn several times to ensure even cooking
