Watermelon Fruit Popsicles

I'm always on the lookout for healthy alternatives to sweets, so I was pretty excited when I came across this recipe for homemade watermelon fruit popsicles.
I mean, how good do these look?  If you're anything like me and absolutely LOVE watermelon, then you have to give these a try.  They're the perfect treat for a hot day, and best of all, they're made with 100% fresh fruit.  Delicious, refreshing and healthy!

Ingredients:
1/2 small - medium seedless watermelon cut into chunks (makes 4 popsicles)
handful of strawberries, diced
handful of blueberries, sliced in half
1 peach, kiwi and/or nectarine sliced very thin

Directions:
put watermelon chunks into blender and puree until smooth
fill bottom half of popsicle molds with cut up fruit
pour pureed watermelon into molds
tap molds on counter top a few times to ensure the puree reaches the bottom of molds
insert popsicle stick
freeze for 6 - 8 hours or overnight
to remove popsicle from mold - simply run under warm water for 15 - 20 seconds
yum!
